Description
Your Roadmap to Cognitive Longevity
Brain fog, memory slips, low energy, mood swings, or just not feeling as sharp as you used to? These aren’t just signs of aging — they may be your brain signaling deeper imbalances.
NeuroCore is a comprehensive, at-home blood test designed to give you clarity on what’s affecting your brain. Whether you're optimizing performance or preventing decline, NeuroCore uncovers the biomarkers that matter most to your long-term cognitive health.
AXONA - NeuroCore is our first product to include our Axona Digital Twin model for metabolic brain modeling. This report does more than just return lab results; we also give you a personalized brain index for:
-
Neurotransmitter synthesis and function
-
Neuroinflammation
-
Hormonal regulation
-
Neurovascular/metabolic health
-
Neurodegenerative risk
Backed by neuroscience and reviewed by licensed physicians, this panel is your foundation for building a sharper, more resilient mind — now and into the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who needs LVMEN?
LVMEN is for anyone 18 and older. The sooner you establish a baseline, the better—you’ll see where you stand today and track changes over time. Understanding your body’s trends gives you the power to make informed decisions about your future.
Where is LVMEN available?
LVMEN is available throughout the continental United States. We require members to have a valid US address and active US phone number.
How does the ClickDraw device work?
The ClickDraw sticks to the skin with a light adhesive. When the button is pressed, a vacuum forms and a lancet pricks the surface of the skin. The vacuum draws blood out of the capillaries and into a compatible container attached to the bottom of the device.
Is this a needle-free blood collection system?
Some people refer to ClickDraw as a needle-free system since it does not use a hollow venipuncture needle to enter a vein.
Does it hurt?
Participants in clinical studies have reported lower levels of pain with this device compared to collecting blood with a finger stick or standard venipuncture procedure.
Are blood samples shippable?
Liquid sample packaging has been designed to meet Exempt Human Specimen requirements. Customers can add UN3373 labelling and meet the UN3373 requirements.
What is the regulatory status of the ClickDraw?
The ClickDraw is a rebranded either Tasso+, or RedDrop Dx, 510(k)-cleared Class II Lancet, is CE Marked, MHRA registered and Licensed with Health Canada.
